Just ok
The crew doing the work legitimately strived to do a good job. An item was missing from one of three forms so did not get ordered, two other pieces arrived damaged, another was not delivered. Something that was discussed as vital did not make it into the forms, so caused a delay while I had to hire a drywall contractor out of pocket. These plus an unrelated accident means my project "finished" a full week from the original start date. I have a drainage issue and a small amount of damage in the next room over that will be fixed in the next few days. There is some floor fill work left for me to do, as the original wall thickness was not taken into account when the salesman specified the tub width. I liked the crew, but the sales pitch said there would be no subcontractors.
They DO stand by their product and work
My shower was installed in 2019. Recently because of a defect in a peice that was installed, I had to have them replace it.. James and Nathan came out and replaced it and James did a great job in returning and doing repairs on the area for me.. They stood by the warranty and were so nice and accomodating. I am extremely happy with the quality as well as the service of installation and the workmen that installed it. These people really do know how to treat their customers.

Very disappointed and disgusted with EZ Bath! Their “honesty and integrity “ leave a lot to be desired and completely dissatisfied with completed job.
Bath room remodeling
I am amazed and pleased at the remodeling of my bathroom.. The work and service "First Class". I HIGHLY recommend E-Z Bath.
EZ Bath should be called Excel Bath!
Our consultation with Chris (wonderful consultant) was EXCELlent - a breath of fresh air. Instead of focusing our attention on the company, Chris focused HIS attention on what WE wanted. He was extremely personable, but not wasteful with our time. He was very well informed and made an easy-to-listen-to presentation of the products offered to suit our needs. The timeline from placing the order until installed was EXCELlent - on point and, in fact, ahead of what we expected. The only actual change to our timeline was due to the freak ice storm that hit our area the week before the scheduled installation. When he called to reschedule, Nathan was sincerely apologetic for the slight delay, and rescheduled as soon as possible. The installers appeared promptly as scheduled and did an EXCELlent installation, cleaning up everything when they were done. Super job: started at 7:30 am and everything was done and cleaned by 2:30 pm. EZ Bath’s prices were very comparable, and a bit lower than one of our previous quotes. Overall, we have been quite happy with all of our dealings with EZ Bath and recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade or renovate their bathroom!

An awesome job. Very pleased. Sliding Shower doors need to be adjusted. Doors do not stay shut. During use of shower a gap is present. Also shower head needs to be regulated

The 2 men that came do my bathroom were amazing I wish I knew their names , but the job took one day , professional, so amazing !! Get these guys!!!
