Terrible service after the installation
They damaged my wall, and the bathroom door will not close completely. I contacted the installer and the company and sent pictures. It's been two weeks, and NO ONE has contacted me. I was told I would get a call last week but nothing. My check was cashed in one day. The shower looks beautiful, but I am very disappointed with the lack of service after the sale. I wonder if this is the service I will get if something goes wrong with the shower. I have 3 more bathrooms to remodel I will be looking elsewhere based on the lack of response. I am very disappointed with the lack of response.

Amazing experience from start to finish. I appreciated the sales approach(didn’t feel pressured or forced) as well as the overall cost. I actually got quotes from several companies and I went with EZ Baths because they checked every box. Installation was a breeze and done in a single day! The crew(James, Robert and Tyler) was professional, courteous, clean and very friendly. They also kept me in the loop on their progress and work. 10/10 would recommend EZ Baths to a friend and use in the future!
Fast and good work
All was good great crew. The only thing you could improve on I the dust after . Should try to keep in working space had to hire a lady to clean up and wash beds to remove dust

My Bathtub Experience
My experience was phenomenal; i really, truly thank my God, for EZ Bath....so extremely thankful i found this company (online). Frm my introduction w Steve: super-sweet, patient and kind; totally professional..he's really exceptional; wonderful in-person mtng in my.home. ...to Nathan, who organized and put it all together with me, via phone and text (also completely kind, and professional) ...to my Guys, James and Luke; i cannot say enough about the work they did (Amazing, awesome result; not to mention Beautiful, to look at) ....if i were ever to invest in another big project, i wd hope with all my heart, that these two would be available...sweetest guys, professional; extremely diligent, and hard-working; i just love them!

Please your group of guys are great Steve.. came out to house an became a friend.because a garden tub was unsafe he helped us descide what to do...so we took out garden tub. Took out old walk in shower...made a lil slice of heavan...walk in shower..three safety bars..nonskid pad an a bench...so nice...also took out the door ..reframed an moved light switch for handicap Steve...nathan..and the work crew so polite...so helpful..

The guys that came out were very professional and they took a great interest in making it so that it would work for me. They listened to my suggestions and discussed it all before they started. It was a great experience.
