Tub to shower remodel
Everything thing went fairly smoothly. The shower seat came in a couple of weeks late but when it came in it was promptly installed and works and looks great. The product itself is great as that it is very easy to clean, is durable and looks great. Will have a second bath done eventually. But I seriously have to commend the three installers whose names I regretfully forgot. Those guys were extremely professional, knowledgeable and just plain nice respectful guys.
Outstanding remodeling
I am so happy I contacted EZ Baths for a total remodeling of my bathroom. Steve was such a nice and professional person to talk to. The workers did an Excellent job and cleanup was good , now if they could only send in Merry Maids to do a thorough cleaning of floors and getting rid of the dust. Seriously on another note. I would recommend EZ Baths to those who want a new look in their bathroom.

Good work when done but not sold on recommending
I signed a contract on 7/15/20 to get work done on two bathrooms and paid half the bill on same day. For the shower I requested a sliding door (noted on my contract) and with rain glass. Sales person informed me that I won’t be able to use my shower for one day while waiting for glass walls. My work was scheduled for 08/25 and 08/26. On 8/26 I was informed by M&M Glass that my walls will take 10-14 days to arrive because of the type of glass. I called to inform my EZ Baths production manager of the situation and he said he’d look into the possibility of moving faster. My EZ Baths workers requested I settled the remainder of the bill before they left on 8/26 and I did; checks were cashed on 9/1. I called EZ Baths on 9/11, 9/12, and 9/14 when no glass had arrived. No one returned my call till 9/15 when I was told M&M Glass was experiencing delays due to COVID and to expect a call from them the following week. I eventually got a call from M&M on 10/1 after 4 pm informing me (for the first time) of a scheduled install at 8 am there next morning. Changing my schedule, I worked from home on 10/2 on short notice after waiting >5 weeks for an installation. They installed a glass wall with a hinged door instead of a glass door. I also noticed, while discussing the error with the installer that my order was placed on 9/16; I had anticipated the order would have been placed on 8/26 after the measurement was taken. Ez bath - 3 bathrooms
Would have been good. Issues were that hole knocked into room adjoining bath wall and sheetrock on floor. Argument between installers on day 3 with cursing. Rushed for writing check for final payment, work from home and was on phone with customer as installer impatiently presented paperwork and stood over me versus allowing a few minutes to finish call. Clean up after work could have been better. For $24k, about the price of a car, you expect a better experience. Not all the tubs had foam bottom to make fell more solid, first tub did not. Advertised acrylic tubs are shown with foam sprayed on bottom and then shaved to add solidity and remove hollw sound. Finished product looks good. Ez baths seem to be a nice group, just need to take more care, slow down.
Blessings Galore
My experience with EZ Bath was nothing but pleasant. Mr. Steve Decell did an excellent job answering all of my questions. I had first considered a walk in tub for the master bathroom but in the end a safety shower in the hall bathroom won out. For reason that I had not considered, this was the right fit for our needs as caregivers to an aging father. The job was completed to perfection in one day. The installer arrived on time and stayed until done, as promised. We are satisfied is every way with our choice to use EZBath and blessed to have been called on by Mr. Steve. Thank you!!
Walk In Shower
Very professional. Everything was done in 4 hours. From the demo to the complete install. The workers were fast and cleaned up everything after they were done. I am very happy with my new shower. Would recommend EZ Bath for a great product and service.
