Good customer service
It took a few follow up visits but Damion seems to have finally gotten our new shower right.
Professional and Thorough
Daman was very professional and considerate and did a thorough examination of our shower when had a concern about a potential leak. He was also able to look behind the wall with a scope, light and camera. After the inspection found no evidence of a leak it helped ease our concerns and he kept lines of communication open in case we found any evidence to the contrary.
Leaking shower
After a few calls ezbaths came out saw that there was a problem..without any problems Damon Anderson explained what he would do..he started taking the caulking out an re.caulked the whole shower...he gave us tips an pointers and was very nice.

Replace a shower to a tub/ shower
Our church had converted our Fellowship Building to a two bedroom apartment with Bathroom with a shower to be used as Parsonage. Needed to convert Shower to a Tub/Shower and had time working against us in time frame to getting a Pastor in place. From the time EZ-Bath came out to look at the job they were able to work out a 3-4 week project to a 1 week to help us meet the needs to get our new pastor and his wife in their apartment, it is a God thing. Fast response
Had an issue with hot and cold water. Damon showed up and had issue fixed promptly, even with a 90 pound Labrador trying to help him.

Denzil Widup - An Amazing Craftsman
Denzil just installed a walk-in safety shower in our bathroom that had the original tub/shower combo from 40 years ago. We were not sure it could be done without major issues but this was obviously hot Denzil's first rodeo. He never even blinked... just got busy with it! In two days our bathroom was transformed into a place we want to be instead of a place we have to be. He is VERY talented and I will ask for him should we ever need this type of work done again.

I had a shower installed and it was done very professionally! John and Trey kept us informed with the process and what they were doing and why! They were very professional and worked diligently! They did an awesome job we love the shower!
