An awesome job. Very pleased. Sliding Shower doors need to be adjusted. Doors do not stay shut. During use of shower a gap is present. Also shower head needs to be regulated

Beautiful product & service
We were hit hard by both Hurricanes Laura and Delta in 2020. We ended up having to gut the entire house. With a million decisions to be made, EZ Baths and Mr Steve D. made getting our shower replaced simple. The final finished product is beautiful and Mr Steve has checked on us several times since the install. Would recommend this company and Mr Steve to anyone that just needs an easy solution to your bathroom woes.

The guys that installed were very prompt and professional, the tub and plumbing fixtures look great. However, with 48 hours passing ,I noticed some of the caulking having flaws. Where the tub meets the walls ,a gap to where water can seep behind. Not good

*I notice you keep refusing to post my review (perhaps because it's not 5 stars) but have posted several others (which are 5 stars) during that time. I plan to keep posting till you either accept it or reach out to acknowledge the poor service. Being as quick as you were to take my money, the least you can do is be responsive, honest, and act with integrity (as you claim on your website).* I strongly recommend you go elsewhere for your bathroom remodeling needs. I signed 2 contracts on 7/15/20 and made a 50% down payment to get two bathrooms remodeled in my home. My installations were scheduled for 8/25/20 and 8/26/20. Glass work for my master bathroom was contracted to M&M Glass, whose representative told me it would take 2 additional weeks to get the glass walls after the measurement was taken on 8/26/20. I called my production manager at EZ Baths and explained this was contrary to what the sales person had communicated (2 days) and would appreciate it if the glass work was expedited. He promised to look into it. I paid the remaining 50% on both bathrooms on 8/26/20 and the checks were cashed by EZ Baths by 9/1/20. I begun calling EZ Baths on 9/11/20 when my glass walls had still not arrived, each time being told my production manager would get back. I wasn't after 3 calls (on three separate days) and highlighting that EZ Baths was failing to uphold their end of the contract that my production manager returned my call. He said M&M was delayed due to covid. It

They did a great job but the clean up could be worked on.
Unsettling
The shower is beautiful, however, we did not receive the hand rail we ordered. The one they attached has a soap dish on it which does not drain water. That will be a slimy mess. The shampoo insert we ordered wasn’t installed because I was told it’s not the thing today, nobody uses them and it wouldn’t look right with the hand rail soap holder they did bring which was the wrong one in the first place. So the one I ordered was not installed. When discussing seats, a corner seat was suggested to me so we went with it but they did not tell us the seat would take up half of our shower area. There is nowhere to go to get out of the water. And on top of that, the shower seat holds water as well, the water will not drain off. It took me an hour and a half to clean the mess up that was left behind, cutting, dry call, etc. I would have expected more for the $10,000.00 we paid! Definitely will not recommend to anyone going forward.
