EZ bath took out a tub/shower combo
EZ bath replaced a very old tub/shower combo with a much nicer & larger tub as well as gorgeous shower walls, shelves & new accessories. My daughter absolutely loves her new bathing/shower area & it looks beautiful! The crew was timely, professional & friendly & did everything I asked without complaint. The toilet back lid was broken during install & they replaced it that day with a brand new tank & lid! I would recommend EZ bath to anyone who would like to elevate their bathroom!!
Resealing and new caulk
I placed a service call for a shelf that fell and a caulking issue and when Damon Anderson scheduled his appointment he could not have been more professional. An excellent customer service experience. He came in went right to work and in no time everything was as good as new! Courteous and perfectly done job! Just one more reason to use EZbath!

What a pleasure meeting Patrick, the EZ Bath consultant. He was so warm and personable; I was at ease immediately. He certainly sold me on the company, no doubt EZ Bath is who I would choose for my bath conversation--quality quality quality. I am selling my home in coming 12 months and decided not to invest in the conversion prior to selling; however, I will definitely turn to EZ Bath for my next investment in a bath. What an excellent consultant Patrick is and a great representation for his company.

Untrustworthy, condescending, Pushy, Manipulative
My experience with EZ Bath has been an absolute nightmare, I'm sure as with all my other reviews I've submitted this one too will be deleted. The consultant came to my home and lied about the bathroom I called him out for and immediately talked us into updating another bathroom giving us inaccurate measurements for a handicap accessible bathroom. He was quick to use my phone and submit the loan after I had already written him a deposit check! He quickly had me sign and initial the contract (so I didn't read) he told me I had 2 weeks or up until the final specification call to cancel but when I called to cancel a week later, the consultant called me very upset! Then I receive calls from the COO who told me I could not cancel because the contract stated 3 days. I was promised that I could speak to Mr. Leblanc the owner but the COO lied about that as well, putting me off for months and lying saying Mr Leblanc would be in contact. When I finally called the office to speak to the owner I was transferred to the COO each time and was told that you cannot speak to the owner. After months of back and forth we still h
