Ms. Carol visited us today to our apartment at Whitney Place in Metairie, as a follow up to a request about changing a bathtub to a shower. She spent over two hours looking at the place, taking measurements and designing how it will look the bathroom with the changes. Ms. Carol was very cooperative, answered all our questions and showed us the type of material that can be included. At the end she presented an estimated cost if we were to pay the same day, after one month and after one year. In addition, she showed us the possibility of financing up to 18 months without interests. In short, Ms. Carol is a professional sales lady, well knowlegdable. Unfortunately the cost of the conversion was over my budget. I want to thank again Ms. Carol Cressend Levy for her dedication. EZBaths has a great sales lady in Carol.

Dishonest Salesman
The salesman lied stating I had 2 weeks or up until the initial specification confirmation call to cancel if I changed my mind. The COO very cocky and stubborn as a mule!! I also caught him in lies on several conversations. They also delete these bad reviews.
Warranty is denied
Despite their warranty claim of no cost ever. They want to charge me a$250 service fee. I was promised a lifetime warranty the website promises a lifetime warranty but apparently there is no lifetime warranty. Zero stars from me.
Very satisfied with EZBath
Bobby and Luke were my installation specialist and the experience was top notch. They showed up on time and ready to work. They were kind courteous and professional. The install seemed quick and easy and added a major upgrade from the shower we had before. I couldn’t be happier and can’t wait to use our new shower.
