Responsibilities
Sit at a workstation for long hours to interact with customers using a computer and headset
Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner. On average you will complete over 100 calls a day
Build positive work relationship with customers to enhance the image and public perception of our company
Assist customers in setting up appts from the showroom floor .
Follow our customer engagement strategy
Meet qualitative and quantitative targets
Previous experience in a customer support role/sales role strongly recommended
Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
Adaptable to different personality types.
Familiarity with CRM technology
Customer focused
Ability to multitask
Excellent time management skills.
High school diploma or GED required
